Observing evenings are arranged roughly once a month on a Thursday. Bring a telescope or binoculars, or look through the ones that have been set up. You dont need your own telescope. Please check last minute weather conditions with the organiser if undecided. We meet at Cookhamdean Common which is a National Trust car park off the road leading from Pinkneys Green to Cookham Dean. Grid Ref 862 844 Cookhamdean carpark is dark, away from houses and has space for about 8 cars with hard standing for equipment. The ground can be wet at times.
